Bidders who the pre-Tender Briefing Meeting attend without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing meeting. No late arrivals will be admitted to the pre-tender briefing meeting. Late submissions will not be accepted. Posted, Faxed or e-mailed bids are not accepted. Only Bidders registered on the Central Suppliers Database are eligible to submit bids. The Department reserves the right not to award the lowest bidder
