Special conditions: CIDB Grading Tenderers who are registered with the CIDB, or are capable of being so registered prior to the evaluation of submissions are eligible to submit tenders: • Contractors who have a CIDB contractor grading 4GB or 3GBPE or higher. Full tender documents will ONLY be available at the compulsory clarification meeting venue. A non-refundable tender deposit of R 300-00 payable in CASH ONLY, is required on collection of the tender documents. No EFT facilities are available.
