Description: PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL UPGRADES OF WATT STREET PRECINCT(WYNBERG) which includes but not limited to the construction of new sidewalks and road upgrades, upgrade of storm-water system, provision of streetlights and provision of new street furniture and trees.

Special conditions: It is estimated that the bidders should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of a minimum 7CE. The successful bidder will be expected to manage the component of emerging sub-contractors who will be responsible for executing portions of the work. It is a condition of the tender that 30% of the work be allocated to the emerging local contractors
