Special conditions: It is estimated that the Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8 CE or Higher. Joint ventures are eligible to submit tenders if they satisfy criteria stated in the Tender Data. The successful bidder will be expected to manage the component of emerging sub-contractors who will be responsible for executing portions of the work. 30% of the work will be allocated to emerging SMME’s.
