Does the bidder or any of its directors / trustees / shareholders / members / partners or any person having a controlling interest in the enterprise have any interest in any other related enterprise whether or not they are bidding for this contract, such interest must be disclosed on question 2.3.1 of SBD 4 3. The expression of interest documents will be valid for a period of 120 days after the closing date. 4. The minimum specifications and other conditions and rules are detailed in the document.
