Special conditions: IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THE SUPPLIER/CONTRACTOR MUST DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE ALL OF THE RELEVANT TENDER RETURNABLES TO MAKE A COMPLIANT OFFER. Failure to comply or meet stipulated mandatory (pre-requisites for evaluation) and with the said conditions of tender or failure to provide any compulsory documentation required for the purpose of evaluation will render a tender non-responsive. It is to be noted that Eskom received a request for tender closing extension, and this has been granted up to 30 May 2024. Please note that NO FURTHER extensions will be granted as this will put the project execution and timelines as risk, so your co-operation is appreciated.
