Special conditions: There will be a NON-COMPULSORY briefing session held on the Expression of Interest (EOI) on 2024-03-14, from 10:0 to 11:00, on the Microsoft Teams platform. The purpose of this session is only for Bidders to gain clarity about the compliance documents that need to be submitted to meet the requirements in the EOI and no other matter.
