Special conditions: Bidders must sub –contract a minimum of 30% of works in line with the 2017 Preferential Procurement Regulation. This condition is further clarified as per below: • The 30% value of sub – contracting work must be to an EME or QSE which is/are 51% owned by black people living or residing in Mabopane Area which is within City of Tshwane Local Municipality where the project is located. • The main contractor MUST submit with his/her bid a signed sub-contracting agreement with prospective sub-contractor/s. • Failure to submit this signed contract/s , subcontracting a minimum of 30% , will result in your tender being disqualified. NB: THE SUB-CONTRACTING BIDDERS LIST TO BE UTILISED IS ATTACHED HERETO.
