Who is Bidsstack for?

Bidsstack is built primarily for people who are mainly doing research, either looking for recently published open tenders or awarded tenders. This includes solo tender admins and people looking for subcontracting opportunities.

The Pro plan gives users access to both awarded tenders and the companies that won them, which is perfect for identifying subcontracting partners. We don't have team plans because most customers can simply share one account; however, if you need different tender email alerts for different users, you can purchase multiple subscriptions.

What is the relationship with TenderPilot?

TenderPilot is our sister product designed for the management phase of the bidding lifecycle. While Bidsstack is built for discovery and market research, TenderPilot is a bid management tool for teams that have already found their tenders and started the bidding process.

It is team-focused and built specifically to help your whole team get a tender across the line with features like task assignments, document management, and centralized bid tracking. If you are a larger organization looking for a collaborative workflow, TenderPilot is the right choice.

How far back does your awarded data go?

Our awarded tender data goes back to 2018. If you need deeper historical coverage for a specific sector or region, reach out and we can advise on availability.

Can I start on Free and upgrade later?

Yes. Most users start on Free to browse tenders, then upgrade when they want alerts, deeper filtering, or awarded intelligence. You can upgrade at any time.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle - there are no long-term contracts or lock-ins.

Do you offer a free trial?

How do refunds work?

All payments are handled securely via Paystack. If you request a refund within 30 days, it's processed through Paystack and usually reflects within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

We don't offer specific team plans because we've found that most teams using Bidsstack simply share a single account. For advanced bid-team workflows and enterprise solutions, Bidsstack complements TenderPilot.
