Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle - no surprises or hidden fees.

Do you offer team plans?

Not yet, but I'm working on it! If you'd like to use Bidsstack with your team, send me a message and I'll make sure you're the first to know when team plans launch.

What's the difference between the Free Plan and the Paid Plan?

The Free Plan lets you browse and search tenders using basic filters. The Paid Plan unlocks unlimited daily alerts, advanced filters, keyword matching, and tools that make finding - and winning - contracts much faster.

Why is the payment button disabled?

I'm currently rebuilding the payment system to make it faster and more reliable. Once that's done, you'll be able to upgrade directly on this page. Thanks for being patient while I get this right!

Do you offer a free trial?

I've moved away from a free trial - but every new user is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, just reach out and I'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?

All payments go through Paystack. If you ever need a refund within 30 days, just email me and I'll handle it personally through Paystack - it usually takes 5-10 business days to show up depending on your bank. I'm also working on adding a self-serve refund option right in your billing dashboard soon.
