Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER A STANDARD CLEANING AND HYGIENE, PEST CONTROL, FUMIGATION, GARDENING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE LADYSMITH SHARED SERVICE CENTRE- KZN FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Special conditions: The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022. Documents can be downloaded on the National Treasury E-portal or the DLRRD Departmental website. Alternatively. Documents will be ready for collection as from 08h00 on 16 April 2026 between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Documents will be available at the compulsory briefing session, only if prior arrangement have been made. A non-refundable deposit of R100.00 for the document, is payable into the following bank account for collection of the bid documents
