Special conditions: There will be no compulsory clarification briefing. Tenders will be not subjected to functionality evaluation. The 80/20 point system shall apply whereby a contract will be allocated to a tenderer in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Act No 5 of 2000; Section 2(1)(d)(i),Preferential Procurement Regulation 2022. And as in line with Gert Sibande District Municipality SCM policy. 80 points will be allocated in respect of price and 20 points of GSDM specific goals.
