Special conditions: Tenders are hereby invited from Contractors with a CIDB grading of 7 CE/ 7ME or higher for the UPGRADE OF MOORDKUIL RAW WATER PUMP STATION. Contractors to use unskilled local labourers according to the EPWP method and regulations. Contractors to sub-contract a minimum of 5% of the contract to a local EME, QSE or Level 1 B-BBEE registered contractor with a CIDB grading of up to 3CE in the discipline relevant to the subcontracted works. Local Economic Development (LED) to provide a list of registered contractors who is currently listed on the Contractor Development Programme database. Contractor to use this list as a starting point. This is a multi-year project for the period ending 30 June 2028.
