Special conditions: NB: Service providers that attended a site briefing for SS KZN 5/2/1 (7081) 3P which was cancelled , it is not mandatory for them to attend the above briefing session The physical address for collection of bid documents is: 1st floor, Department of Land Reform and Rural Development Offices, 188 Hoosen Haffejee Street Pietermaritzburg, Documents will be ready for collection as from 08:00 am on 01 April 2026 and between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. A non-refundable bid deposit of R100.00 is payable into the following bank account for collection of the bid documents (proof of payment must be produced upon collection).
