The shuttle departs from SAAO head office, Observatory, Cape Town at 11:00 on Tuesday, 17 March 2026, and returns to Cape Town the following afternoon. Please be on site by 10:30 am if you will be making use of our shuttle services and accommodation. -RSVP to scm@saao.ac.za by Monday, 16 March at 12:00 pm, indicating whether you will attend the site visit, as well as whether you wish to make use of shuttle and accommodation services. -Only one representative per company can be accommodated on the shuttle and in the hostel
