Special conditions: The following special conditions apply for this bid: a) Waiver of excess on all motor vehicle claims; b) Security cover in case of a break-in until building can be repaired; c) Directors’ liability insurance to be specified; d) Bidders must submit proof of registration with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) e) A detailed quotation must be submitted; f) Financial stability and performance of the bidder must be demonstrated for the last three (3) years by submitting audited financial statements; Non-compliance to the above will result in disqualification of the bid proposal.
