Special conditions: 3 Site Visit To assist Bidders to supply a gym layout plan and ensure the gym layout promotes safe movement and efficient use of space, Annexure 1 Floor Plans is attached to this RFQ. In addition to the Floor Plans, Bidders are welcome to view the site (gym facility) from 3 to 13 March 2026 from 08h00 to 15h00 daily by appointment confirmation only. The gym facility is located at the Port of East London, Green Building, 1 Hely Hutchinson Road, Quigney, East London by making an appointment on the specific day and time of the site visit to TNPAPOELBelow@transnet.net. Bidders must get confirmation for attendance; they cannot come unannounced to ensure the relevant Employer's representative is available to take them to view site.
