Description: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER CLEANING, HYGIENE, DEEP CLEANING, AND PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR VARIOUS OFFICES OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR SOUTH AFRICA (PPSA) FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.

Special conditions: 6.1. PPSA reserves the right to appoint one or more service providers. 6.2. Recommended service provider/s UIF registration will be verified together with confirmation that their staff is registered, and contributions are paid to UIF. 6.3. Hygiene services must be rendered by qualified personnel. 6.4. The appointed service provider must ensure that the COIDA certificate is valid for the whole contract period, and this will form part of the service level agreement (SLA). 6.5 Bidder to submit proof of registration of Unemployment Insurance Funds (UIF) .
