Special conditions: Laingsburg Municipality hereby invites tenders for tender no. SCM-T-2025-26-011 for the provision of fuel (petrol and diesel) for the municipal fleet. The Municipality intends to appoint a panel of local service providers (fuel stations) situated within the Laingsburg municipal area to supply fuel to the municipal fleet for a period of three (3) years. Only bidders that meet the minimum eligibility criteria, including possession of a valid Retail Licence and demonstrable local presence, will be considered. Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria will render the bidder non-responsive.
