Special conditions: Limited transport and hostel accommodation at SAAO Sutherland is available on a first come first served basis. The shuttle departs from SAAO Head Office, Observatory, Cape Town at 11h00 am on 3 February 2026, and returns to Cape Town the following afternoon. Please be on site by 10:30 am if you will be making use of our shuttle services and accommodation. RSVP to scm@saao.ac.za by Friday, 30 January 2026 at 14h00 pm, indicating whether you will attend the site visit, as well as whether you wish to make use of our shuttle and accommodation services. Only one representative per company can be accommodated on the shuttle and in the hostel.
