Special conditions: Tender documents will be available for collection from 08 to 12 December 2025 during office hours (08h00 to 15h00, on working days) at the SCM Offices, , at Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838, upon presentation of proof of payment (no cash sales). The next available date to collect tender documents will be from 06 January 2026 to 09 January 2026 during office hours, at the same SCM Offices. No documents will be issued after 10h00 on and after the day of the meeting. Attendance without the tender document and Latecomers will not be allowed.
