Special conditions: RDP Criteria applied for this Tender: Service providers who reside within the KwaZulu-Natal will be considered. Proof of address by way of Municipal Utility bill or an Affidavit to confirm Locality must be provided with your bid. Valid certified copy of SANAS 17025:2017 testing laboratory accreditation certificate. Proof of accreditation must be attached. The service provider laboratory must be registered as an approved service provider on the Departments Blue and Green Drop database of accredited/ approved Laboratories. Proof of registration must be attached. The service provider appointed team leader must be a registered member of SACNASP (Valid certified copy of registration must be attached).
