Description: Panel for the mechanization of land in five (5) local municipalities in the ORTD for a period of 36 months

Special conditions: The bids will be evaluated on the basis of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act No.5, 2000), and the regulations pertaining thereto (2022), as well as the Ntinga OR Tambo Development Agency SOC Ltd Supply Chain Management policy 80/20 preference point system will be used as per the NORTDA SCM policy. Functionality criteria will apply on the Bids listed above where a minimum of 70% need to be scored to proceed to stage 2 of the evaluation (Price and Preference points) or to form part of the panel, but except in a project for Panel for the mechanization of land in five (5) local municipalities in the ORTD for a period of 36 months where proof of ownership / agreements of Implements is required.
