Special conditions: Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must send an e-mail to Buhle.cetywa@transnet.net supported by a copy of the Identity Document (ID) of their representative/s to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port. All e-mails must be sent no later than 17 October 2025 - 16:00pm to allow sufficient time for the Permit Office to prepare the e-Permits. Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes, goggles, long sleeve shirts, high visibility vests and hard hats. Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk.
