Special conditions: Only those tenderers who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to submit tenders: 1) Competent Health and Safety Agent/s in terms of the OHS Act of 1993 and the Construction Regulations of 2014 (CR2014). Only tenderers who have in their full time employ a person/s registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professionals (SACPCMP), or capable of registering as per the Registration Criteria of SACPCMP, in the following category: a) Construction Health and Safety Agent (PrCHSA). Only tenders with a functionality score of a minimum of 60 out of 100 will be considered further for evaluation.
