( documents available for collection on 12 September 2022 from 8h00 to 14h00) MANDATORY CRITERIA: TENDERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS AT CLOSE OF TENDER AS STIPULATED IN THE BID DOCUMENT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
