All bidders must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Minimum functionality score is 60%. Only service provider/s who are B-BBEE Level 1 and 2 are eligible to submit their proposal. Only SANAS accredited B-BBEE Certificate are accepted and/or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE
