This contract will have a requirement of no less than 30% subcontracting, which is limited to either EME or QSE as a pre-qualifying criteria as set out in the PPPFA section 4.(1)(b) and will thus be allowed to advance to the next phase of the evaluation. 1ST STAGE OF BID EVALUATION FUNCTIONALITY TOTAL SCORE: 100% THRESHOLD (MINIMUM SCORE): 80% 2ND STAGE OF BID EVALUATION PRICE: 80 B-BBEE: 20 NUMBER OF AWARD TO BE MADE A MAXIMUM OF 1 (ONE) SERVICE PROVIDER MAY BE APPOINTED
