Special Conditions: Note that for this Tender, the following pre-qualification criterion for preferential procurement will be applied: Section 4(1) a Tenderer having a B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor Level 1. It is a condition of this tender that the successful contractor shall be required to subcontract a minimum value of work to local SMMEs, equal to 30% of the contract value.
