Special Conditions: PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA - ONLY THE FOLLOWING RESPONDENTS MAY RESPOND TO THIS RFP: a) ONLY EXEMPTED MICRO ENTERPRISES (EME’S) AND QUALIFYING SMALL ENTERPRISES (QSE’S) WITH A B-BBEE STATUS LEVEL 1-2 ARE ELIGIBLE TO TENDER. FUNCTIONAL PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA - ONLY THE FOLLOWING RESPONDENTS MAY RESPOND TO THIS RFP: a) QUALITY REQUIREMENTS: MANUFACTURER'S CAPABILITY REPORT OR SABS MARK PERMIT FOR ALL THE PPE AS PER THE SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT.
