Special Conditions: - Briefing Session is compulsory. - Proposals from Bidders who failed to attend the briefing will not be considered. - Bid proposals to be physically delivered. - Bidders to ensure that bid submission register is completed and sign during the submission. - Late bids will not be accepted.
