Special Conditions: Tenders are to be submitted online using the Online Tender Box (Sabeex) that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation is downloaded on the Mintek/ Sabeex website. Bidders can use the following link: https://secure.sabeexdms.com/organisation/view/5496 Please take note of the following amendments: 1. Stripping of the existing fume cupboards, ducting and fans to be included in the tender (Mintek to take care of the disposal part). 2. All the fume cupboard piping must be fitted with a MANUALLY (thus remains the same as in the tender document) operated damper that will be controlled from the fume hood cupboard. The following drawings have been uploaded: Level 7, Level 8 & Roof.
