Special Conditions: Bidders who are appointed in this tender will not be allowed to participate on other departmental programmes/bids relating to Transport Infrastructure and related programmes. Subcontracting to a minimum of 35% is required upon appointment. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued by the department. Any unauthorized alteration will lead to disqualification.
