Special Conditions: Tenders are hereby invited in terms of the Municipal Financial Management Act, Supply Chain Management Regulation 30 for competitive bids from commercial banks registered in terms of the Banks Act 1990, Act 94 of 1990, to provide commercial banking services to the municipality for a five (5) year period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028. A non-refundable fee of R743.10 (seven hundred and forty-three rand and ten cents) is payable for this tender. The fee must be paid by an electronic payment (use company name and tender no. as reference)
