Special Conditions: Bidders must be Professional Construction Project Manager registered with SACPCMP or a Professional Architect registered with SACAP or Professional Structural/ Civil Engineer/ Professional Structural /Civil Technologist registered with ECSA, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience post registration : □ Project and Construction Act, 2000 (Act no 48 of 2000). □ Architectural Profession Act, 2000 (Act 44 of 2000). □ Engineering Profession Act, 2000 (Act 46 of 2000). (Proof of valid registration must be provided)
