Special Conditions: 1. Estimated CIDB grading of 3CE or higher. 2. Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of 100% for Cement and Steel related products will be considered 3. The project will be evaluated for functionality were bidders will have to obtain a minimum points of 60 points to be further considered as per below functionality criteria which is further elaborated in the bid document: Company Experience=40; Plant and Equipment necessary for construction=20; Specific personnel knowledge=30; Bank rating/Financial Standing=10: Total=100. 4. The municipality will adjudicate and award bids in accordance with the approved SCM Policy and amended Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022
