Special Conditions: A COMPULSORY clarification meeting will be held at 10:00, on 2024-05-17, at Ottawa Community Hall, 51 Maharaj Road, Ottawa, Verulam (GPS: 29°48’55.00”S; 31°00’16.00”E), after which all tenderers will proceed to the site (GPS: 29°47’33”S, 31°00’11”E) for a brief site visit /inspection. The doors to the compulsory clarification meeting will be closed at 10:15 and no tenderers will be allowed to enter the venue thereafter.
