Special Conditions: Bidders will be given 15 minutes grace time when attending compulsory briefing sessions, thereafter the door to the venue will be closed. PRASA is not responsible if bidder arrived at the wrong venue which results in them being late for briefing sessions. Bidders to ensure that they bring with the RFQ documents when attending the briefing session.
