Special Conditions: ELIGIBILITY 1) CIDB Grading The following tenderers who are registered with the CIDB, or are capable of being so registered prior to the evaluation of submissions are eligible to submit tenders: • Contractors who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 4GB or higher. The following functionality criteria apply: (a) General Building Construction Experience (Maximum 12 points) (b) Technical Expertise (Maximum 12 points) The full tender document with BOQs will only be issued at the site clarification meeting venue. A non-refundable cash ONLY fee of R300.00 is payable on collection of the tender document. The document published is for information purposes only and must not be used to respond to the tender.
