Location: 1 Havenga Street, -Oakdale-Bellville-7530
Special Conditions: Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. It is a requirement of this project that the tenderer sub-contract a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the work to Targeted Enterprise(s) as defined in the Contract Data. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
