Special Conditions: Only tenderers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria are eligible to submit tenders: 1. Stage One - Eligibility with regards to attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting 2. Stage Two - Eligibility in terms of the Construction Industry Development Board: 9CE class of construction work 3. Stage Three - Functionality: The minimum qualifying score for functionality is 60 points. 4. Stage Four – Price and Preference (10 points)
