Bidders that fail to attend any of the compulsory briefing sessions will, be disqualified. NB: This is a recall for new submission of interested and qualifying consultants to register for the remaining twenty four months on bid “SCMU11-23/24-036”. Consultants that have been appointed on bid “SCMU11-23/24-036” Need not to reapply.
