PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST NOTE THAT ALL LEASES AWARDED THROUGH THIS RFP WILL INCLUDE A CLAUSE PERMITTING TNPA TO TERMINATE WITH SIX (6) MONTHS' WRITTEN NOTICE TO FACILITATE A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON THE SITE.
