IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVICE PROVIDERS AS EXPERTS TO ADVISE THE DEPARTMENT ACCORDINGLY DURING BRIEFING SESSION TO ENSURE THAT REQUIREMENTS ARE MENTIONED/STATED CORRECTLY. • SUPPLIERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE OR PROPOSE ANY CHANGES TO THE TOR/SPECIFICATION AFTER THE BRIEFING SESSION. • TRANSPORT, LABOUR ETC.
