Special Conditions: A compulsory site briefing will be conducted physically at Riverwalk Office Park, Ashlea Gardens on 12 November 2025 at 11am. A Non-compulsory briefing session will also be held, however, attendance at the briefing session is not mandatory. The meeting link is on the bid document and NT website.
