Description: THE PLACEMENT OF TWO (2) OPHTHALMOLOGICAL MACHINES FOR VITREORETINAL WORK IN THE POSTERIOR SEGMENT (AS WELL AS PHACOEMULSIFICATION) AND THE SUPPLY OF ALL CONSUMABLES INCLUDING A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE FOR GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL OVER A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO (2) YEARS, SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE. GSH WILL PAY FOR THE CONSUMABLES ONLY.
