Special Conditions: This Invitation is subject to pre-qualifying criteria and the condition that the Applicant must: 5.1.1 Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate in respect of all directors / partners or principal. Failure to submit the valid certificate/s of all directors/partners or principals shall render an application unacceptable. 5.1.2 Each Applicant should provide proof that it has professional indemnity insurance cover of at least R 5 million. Failure to submit such proof shall render an Application unacceptable. 5.1.3 Any Applicant failing to meet the pre-qualifying criteria stipulated above will not be accepted.
