Special Conditions: A COMPULSORY PRE-PROPOSAL SITE MEETING AND/OR RFP BRIEFING WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS NB: IT IS COMPULSORY FOR A BIDDER TO ATTEND AN RFP BRIEFING AND SITE VISIT FOR THE DEPOT/AREA BIDDING FOR, FAILURE TO ATTEND RFP BRIEFING AND SITE VISIT WILL LEAD TO BID DISQUALIFICATION NB: PPE REQUIREMENTS: BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR SAFETY SHOE WITH STEEL TOE CAP AND A REFLETOR VEST IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO RFP BRIEFING AND SITE VISIT; FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PPE REQUIREMENTS WILL DISQUALIFY THE BIDDER FROM ATTENDING THE COMPULSORY RFP BRIEFING AND SITE VISIT
