Special Conditions: *PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST PACKAGE SEPARATE SUBMISSIONS IN RESPECT OF THE TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSALS (ANNEXURE 4.1 AND THE FINANCIAL ENVELOPE MUST BE PROPERLY SEALED, FAILURE TO DO SO IT WILL BE REGARDED AS NON-COMPLIANCE AND LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION *Attach a full product datasheet/description as per 6.2.5 description of line items of the laptops. Product Datasheet/description must be in the bidder’s name and letterhead and provide description of product quoted. Failure to provide the technical documentation bidder will be disqualify.
