Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted. 4. Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation issued. 5. False Bay TVET College retains the right not to accept the lowest, highest or any bid, or to accept part or whole of any bid. Functionality Criteria 1. Bids will be advertised on the 80/20 preference points system whereby the 80 points will be allocated for price and the 20 will be allocated for specific goals.
