Description: THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE RENTAL AND PROVISION OF A SERVICE WHICH INCLUDES THE USE OF A HYBRID OPTICAL AND ELECTROMAGNETIC NEURONAVIGATION SYSTEM AND THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSUMABLES FOR GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL OVER A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD, BASED ON AN ESTIMATED PATIENT LOAD OF 100 PER ANNUM, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO (2) YEARS, SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE.
Location: Direct Issue Stores, A-Floor (A22), New Main Building, Anzio Road, Observatory -Observatory-Cape Town-7925
Special Conditions: TO AVOID DELAYS IN THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE BRIEFING SESSION/SITE MEETING, BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE BEFORE 9H15 TO COMPLETE THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST BE PUNCTUAL. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO WEAR A MASK WHEN ATTENDING THE BRIEFING SESSION.
